These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

All items listed on QuickFits are pre-owned or new resale goods sourced from private sellers and collectors.

We make every effort to accurately describe each item including condition, sizing, and any defects.

Product images are of the actual item for sale unless otherwise stated.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

QuickFits guarantees the authenticity of every item sold on our platform.

Every item undergoes a thorough authentication check before being listed.

If an item is found to be inauthentic, the buyer is entitled to a full refund. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment via our secure Stripe checkout.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

All transactions are processed in GBP. International customers may be subject to currency conversion fees from their bank.

A binding contract between you and QuickFits is formed only when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.

All orders are shipped to UK addresses only.

We dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping is via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for standard orders and Royal Mail Special Delivery for high-value items.

QuickFits is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other third-party couriers.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery confirmation.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Full details are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

QuickFits' total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our site.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, personal injury, or death caused by our negligence.
