Returns & Refunds

At QuickFits, we stand behind every item we sell. Our authenticity guarantee and straightforward returns policy means you can shop with complete confidence. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

14-Day Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be returned in the exact same condition as received — unworn, unaltered, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.

  • Items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are missing original packaging will not be accepted for return.

  • To initiate a return, email us at contact@quickfits.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Authenticity Guarantee

  • Every item sold on QuickFits is thoroughly authenticated by our team before listing.

  • If you receive an item and have genuine concerns about its authenticity, contact us immediately at contact@quickfits.co.uk.

  • If an independent authentication service (such as Legit Check App or a certified authenticator) confirms the item is not authentic, we will issue a full refund including return shipping costs. No questions asked.

  • This guarantee applies to every single item we sell, without exception.

Item Not as Described

  • If your item arrives and is materially different from how it was described on the listing — including condition, size, or colourway — you are entitled to a full refund.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and issue your refund within 3–5 business days of receiving the item back.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a failed authenticity check.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after the 14-day window will not be accepted.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Items missing original tags, packaging, or accessories.

  • Items purchased during final sale or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping

  • For standard returns (change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For returns due to our error, inauthenticity, or item not as described, we will cover all return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns. QuickFits is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
